Client acknowledges that DoctorsManagement, LLC is a purchasing partner that has expended substantial resources to develop and maintain valuable and extensive business relationships that are beneficial to its customers.

As a result, DoctorsManagement, LLC serves as a purchasing partner working alongside its customers, using its skills and expertise to obtain favorable pricing and other unique priviledges on behalf of its clients. 

As a result of its long-standing business relationships, DoctorsManagement, LLC may receive commissions, fees, rebates, gratuities, or other similar payments from vendors, distributors, and/or group purchasing organizations which supply goods and services to its clients and customers. However, such payments will not increase the prices charged by vendors to DoctorsManagement, LLC clients, nor will they be passed on to clients.
